Delta Artist Market Application

**ALL APPLICATIONS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE FESTIVAL**


Important Application Information:

  • Application deadline is August 1st, 2024. Incomplete applications will be refused. We may cut off applications earlier.

  • No Vendor fee. This is a curated market to support regional artists.

  • No rain date – festival is held rain or shine.

  • Vendors selling food products must turn in proof of insurance with your application. Mighty Roots Music, LLC must be the certificate holder.

  • Space size is as requested on your application. Tents and canopies permitted within space.

  • Electricity will be provided at no charge. Let us know what you need on the application.

  • Please notify the Festival Committee at time of application of any special needs or requirement for handicapped parking.

  • The items you indicate on your application are the only items which can be prepared and sold at the festival. Be specific when listing items on your application. We reserve the right to request certain items not be served to protect other vendors. You will be notified of any restrictions in your vendor approval letter.


    Festival Rules & Regulations:

  • You must be set up prior to 12:00 PM.

  • A committee member will be at the festival’s entrance at 8:30 AM.

  • Under no circumstance will you be permitted to drive through the festival grounds after start times. Vendors must not leave until the end of festival hours. In emergency circumstance please notify the Festival Committee.

  • Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are permitted to be sold.

  • The Mighty Roots Music Festival, Mighty Roots Music, LLC, and the Stovall Gin Company, LLC are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • Pets are ok, but be responsbile.

  • You must stay in your allotted space. No solicitation or product elsewhere.

  • No unapproved signage permitted outside of your assigned spot. • The Mighty Roots Music Festival reserves the right of placement for all vendors to ensure the success of the festival. You cannot change your assigned spot on your own.

  • Groups and organizations – please meet elsewhere to consolidate and adhere to the one vehicle per day rule due to parking constraints and to alleviate congestion during set-up times.
